Why We Do It
The Alabama Black Belt has long been a region of rich culture, fertile land, and resilient people. Yet, historical injustices and economic disparities have limited its growth. At JRLBDP, we believe in rewriting that story—by building capacity, bridging divides, and investing in people and ideas that bring about generational change.
